Exchange Policy
Simply Us Boutique, LLC understands that not every item will arrive and fit as you hoped. We do our best to work with you to find a piece that does work. Please read our exchange policy below:
- Items sent back will be accepted for store credit only
- Items will need to be postmarked within 7 days of receipt
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original tags must be attached, item must be unworn and unwashed and scent-free
- If you return more than 3 items per month you will be charged a 15% restocking fee
Please make sure to report any damaged merchandise within 3 days of receipt of the item. Simply Us Boutique is not responsible for damaged items once the item is worn or washed.
